volunteer team has completed training and is ready to provide personalized, one-on-one

support for navigating the MyChart patient portal—including scheduling appointments,i

viewing test results, sending messages, and more. Thanks to valuable partnerships with

Outer Cape Health and the VNA/Cape Cod Healthcare, this program makes managing

your health information easier and more accessible. Registration is

required—please call 508-349-2800 to reserve your spot. Appointments are scheduled on the hour

starting at 10:00am and we are adding additional times as demand requires.
