Exercise will be FREE for Wellfleet residents/ taxpayers!

If demand exceeds capacity, we reserve the right to limit the number of free courses per individual.

NOTE: Non-residents will be required to pay $5 per drop-in (new, lower rate).

A current physician approval form must be on file at the Center prior to starting this program ~ forms available at the Center and can be faxed to (508) 349-0319

SIT & FIT: 1 hour of balance, stretching and light chair fitness, standing option for those who wish to do so.

Thursdays: 8:15-9:15am

TAI CHI: Class is standing and sitting (no floor work).

Tuesdays - 9:00-10:00am

YOGA WITH PATTY:

Slow Flow Hatha Yoga: Gentle movement sequences, breath work, mindfulness. Wear comfortable clothing, bring blanket.

Fridays: 8:15 -9:30am

Chair Yoga: Wednesdays from 9:45–10:45am
